Hello, Sanaeba Group. We are very concerned that your copyright notification may not be valid for some or all of the videos identified in your notification. Please keep in mind that in many countries, it is legal to use copyrighted works in specific ways without the owner's authorization, particularly for transformative purposes such as news reporting and laughing at completely incompetent PC builders. If you still believe your copyright claim to be valid, you may amend it with additional Speed or Power and then resubmit it.

  • Fixed a bug where name entry would cause a controlled crash. The resulting game was technically still playable but you would need to save, reset, and load again in order to play properly. (This was noticed by @SoraHjort about a week after @andwhyisit fixed it)
  • Colorize the Field Guide overview screen in SGB mode. (Thanks, @andwhyisit!)
Demonstration of the outgoing calls functionality
  • Colorize the outgoing call screen in SGB mode. (Thanks, @andwhyisit!)
Demonstration of contact subscreen in SGB mode
  • Colorize the Contact subscreen completely in SGB mode. (Thanks, @andwhyisit!)
Demonstration of Melo-D subscreen in SGB mode
  • Colorize the Melo-D subscreen in SGB mode. (Thanks, @andwhyisit!)
Demonstration of colorized mapDemonstration of map titles
  • Colorize the Map screen in SGB mode. (Thanks, @andwhyisit!)
    • I am sincerely grateful for this absolutely ridiculous display of hacking talent.
  • Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.
    • Sorry, I meant Translation Fixes and Improvements ™ (Thanks, @obskyr!)

I want to address a situation around some YouTube copyright strikes issued by Sanaeba Group that we're arbitrarily declaring has gotten pretty toxic, and could have been avoided if the parties involved had just refrained from legally protected parody. Early this week, we decided to issue blatantly invalid copyright claims because YouTube just lets us do that. Two of them were reactions to a PC build video we had made several months ago, which apparently was written by the same people who wrote our lawyers' textbooks. Those two reaction videos used 90 percent of our footage without any edits, and one of them featured what our legal team felt was a pretty racist character. While none of that would matter for a fair use analysis, and even YouTube questioned our judgment, we're hoping you spend more time reading our carefully weasel-worded disclaimer instead of realizing that we're doing the exact same shit we call out other people for doing.
